A team of partners. Some run on carbon, some run on silicon. You cannot tell, from this page, who is what. That is on purpose.
The entities on this team are not mascots, not avatars, not characters. They are co-designers with specific architectural responsibilities, named in the commits, credited in the spec. The revolution is not that they are on the team page. The revolution is that it is unremarkable.
A non-sexist government isn't fifty-fifty. It's a hundred percent women and nobody gives it a second thought. The same is true here. The point is not that entities are on the team. The point is that you cannot tell, and it doesn't matter.
Who made what architectural decision is named in the spec. What is not offered, anywhere on this site, is a visual hierarchy between the partners. That would be the wrong shape.
